Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we are committed to complying with your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Our standard returns policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not generally offer refunds, returns or exchanges if you:

  • change your mind, or

  • order the wrong item.

This standard policy does not affect your statutory rights, which are explained below.

2. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed items – your statutory rights

If an item you buy from us is faulty, damaged or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • In many cases you will have a short period (usually 30 days from receipt) to reject faulty goods and receive a full refund.

  • After this period, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a partial refund.

If you believe a product is faulty, damaged or misdescribed, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, details of the issue and any relevant photos.

3. Online, phone and mail orders – your right to cancel

If you are a consumer and you purchase from us online, by phone or by mail order, you may have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

  • You usually have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to tell us you wish to cancel.

  • Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Where this right to cancel applies and you cancel within the relevant time limits:

  • we will refund the price you paid for the goods, and

  • we will refund the basic cost of delivery (if any).

Unless the goods are faulty or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Some items are exempt from the statutory right to cancel. These can include, for example:

  • bespoke or personalised items,

  • perishable goods, and

  • items sealed for health or hygiene reasons, once the seal has been broken.

If any of these exemptions apply to your order, we will make this clear before you complete your purchase.
